THE APPARATUS AND METHOD OF NETWORK ORGANIZATION USING SOLAR LED LIGHTING FOR ITS

PURPOSE: A ubiquitous visible light wireless communication apparatus and method thereof for wirelessly communicating after the formation of a solar LED network in an ITS are provided to decentralize shot noise by using external pressure and thermal noise through a USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network). CONSTITUTION: A visible light communication module transmits a first data request signal through visible wireless communications(S100). A solar LED street light receives a first information request signal from the visible light communication module(S200). A synchronization node unit receives the first information request signal and transmits the first information request signal to a center control server(S300). The center control server generates a second data demand signal(S400).
