PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an ingot for a solar cell is provided to obtain a low resistivity by preventing boron from being concentrated. CONSTITUTION: A stirrer(20) is comprised of a motor(22), a rotation plate(25) connected to a shaft of a motor, and a blade(27) connected to the lower side of the rotation plate. Silicon(15) and boron(18) are received in a mold(10). The boron is diffused by driving the motor when the silicon approaches a melting point. The motor is driven while gradually reducing a rotation speed. |
