PURPOSE: A method for a loan for public subscription is provided to automatically calculate the amount of loan based on a subscription competition rate, thereby enabling an investor to receive a desired amount of stocks for public subscription without respect to the subscription competition rate. CONSTITUTION: A system for a loan for public subscription receives a loan for public subscription from a terminal after applying the loan for public subscription(S100,S110). The system for a loan for public subscription calculates the amount of loan according to a subscription competition rate of stocks for public subscription. A loan corresponding to the calculated loan amount is executed(S150). The system for a loan for public subscription receives at least one of the number of desired stocks of public subscription that an investor wants or desired total amount of stocks for public subscription. |
