PURPOSE: A producing method of a grain extract and the grain extract produced therefrom are provided to secure the unique flavor of grains including, sesame, for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a grain extract comprises the following steps: roasting grains(S110); extracting oil from the roasted grains(S120); heating the grains for a predetermined time(S130); naturally fermenting the heated grains(S140); mixing the fermented grains with the obtained oil(S150); and packing the mixture after a film is formed on the upper side of the oil.
