PURPOSE: A high-pressure solenoid valve of a two-stage orifice type is provided to significantly reduce the number of orifice-related parts by the realizing of a two-stage orifice function using one capsule since a fluid path, which is formed on a capsule coupling armature to a spool, is changed to the elastic deformation of the capsule according to a pressure, which is applied to a valve. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure solenoid valve of a two-stage orifice type comprises a stator(1), armature(2), a valve seat(7), a flow meter and a capsule(10). The armature is elastically supported by a return spring(3) and is assembled to a housing, which is pressed-in to a pump housing(20). The valve seat is arranged in a fluid path in the pump housing. The capsule is pulled by the movement of the armature and opens a large capacity of an orifice. The capsule is fixed to the armature in a state of being coupled to a spool. The flow meter comprises a spool(5) and a spool seat(6). The spool forms a small capacity of a first orifice(5c), which opens/closes the fluid path through the contact with the end of the armature. |
