PURPOSE: A closing apparatus standalone communication system is provided to be applied to the high speed train by remarkably increasing the communication speed by improving the communication structure as the optical communication structure. CONSTITUTION: A local closing apparatus(20) partitions the section between the lines as a plurality of closed sections. The local closing apparatus independently communicates with a digital integrated closing apparatus(50) through a modem. The digital integrated closing apparatus is independently connected to the plurality of local closing apparatuses through the optical communication branch.
