PURPOSE: A connection device for a metal core substrate and a light emitting device including the same are provided to shorten connection time between a metal core substrate and an external wire by connecting the wire connection part of the metal core substrate to an external wire through a connection device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LEDs(22) are mounted on a metal core substrate(21). The metal core substrate includes a metal plate, an insulation layer, and a wire connection part(213) connected to an external wire. A connection device(24) is positioned between the wire connection part and the external wire. The connection device includes an upper side, a lower side, and a conductive connection part and is attached to the wire connection part of the metal core substrate with SMT(Surface Mount Technology).
