PURPOSE: A thin transformer shape and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the overal height of the product slim by inserting the pin of the transformer into the PCB by bending the top of the pin. CONSTITUTION: A transformer is manufactured in the state that the pin of the bobbin is inserted horizontally. The transformer is formed after the final inspection is completed. A pin(4) of the transformer is bent upward and inserted into the PCB. The overall height of product is made slim. The wiring protrusion of the transformer is removed. This invention has the various advantages other than mention in this article. Accordingly, a lot of people can be benefited with such advantages.
