SAMPLE MAINTENANCE APPARATUS USING X-RAY SCATTERING MEASUREMENT

PURPOSE: A sample holder for dispersing x-rays is provided to maintain the uniform and stable temperature by forming a coolant circulation path in a housing. CONSTITUTION: A sample holder for dispersing x-rays comprises a sample cartridge(100), a housing, and a support(300). An X-ray permeable window is formed the front and rear side of the sample cartridge in order to monitor the scattering state of to X-rays on the sample. The housing includes an X-rays transparency hole(230) in front side and back side. The housing surrounds the outer tube of the sample cartridge and to help rapidly replacing the sample cartridge. A front side housing panel(210) has X-rays transparency hole in the central part. The back side housing panel(220) has X-rays transparency hole in the central part and is bent in order to include the space in which the sample cartridge is accepted in the inside. The support supports the housing.
