PURPOSE: A reinforcing plate for preventing animal and plant from entering is provided to enhance durability to external shock and to prevent a vehicle from becoming separated from the road after crash. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing plate for preventing animal and plant from entering comprises a lower plate(510) and an upper plate(530). The upper end of the lower plate is fixed to the rear outer circumferential surface of a post(10) and the lower end makes contact with the ground surface(3). The upper plate is integrally formed with the upper end of the lower plate. The upper plate is formed to become convex in the rear outer circumferential direction of the post from the upper end toward the lower end.
