PURPOSE: A fold and dive seat is provided to increase work efficiency by preventing interference with a heat transfer seat in fold and dive of a seat. CONSTITUTION: A fold and dive seat(100) comprises a first link bracket(120), a second link bracket(130) and a locking device(300). The first link bracket is connected to a back frame on a hinge shaft(121), which is spaced from the folding shaft(104) of the back frame(102). The first link bracket is connected to a cushion frame(103). The second link bracket is connected to the front end of the cushion frame. The second link bracket is connected to an upper guide(110), which moves along a lower guide(210) fixed to a vehicle body so that the cushion frame is slid forward and backward. The locking device blocks the second link bracket from rotating so that the front end of the cushion frame moves down.
