PURPOSE: A composition for preparing a positive electrode of lithium-ion capacitors, a positive electrode prepared with the composition, and lithium-ion capacitors comparing the positive electrode are provided to remarkably improve the specific surface area and the conductivity of anode. CONSTITUTION: The composition for manufacturing the anode comprises the anodic active material of 60~95 weight% for the total weight of composition, the carbon nano fiber of 1~30 weight%, and the binder of 1~20 weight%. The carbon nano fiber is manufactured by the electro spinning method of the spinning solution. The spinning solution comprises the carbon fiber precursor and the pyrolytic polymer.
