PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating sheets from cake bread is provided to automatically remove sheets stuck to the girth of bread during making bread. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating sheets from cake bread comprises: a transfer device transferring bread; a sheet removing device(200) which is equipped with a discharge roller and an adhesion roller; an air jet device which exhausts the sheets from the transfer device through air jet; and a bottom sheet removing device(400) which removes a bottom sheet stuck to the bottom of the bread through the air adsorption of the adhesion roller.
