A CIRCLE THIN FILM VAPORIZATION EQUIPMENT AND CONTROL METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A centrifugal thin film evaporator, and a controlling method thereof are provided to smoothly evaporate fluid inside the evaporator by using the centrifugal force of a disk for increasing the contact area between the fluid and heat. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal thin film evaporator comprises the following: a heating unit(20) for heating a housing(10); a guiding unit(40) guiding fluid to the lower side along to a shaft(31); a round-plate(51) rotating to form the centrifugal force for producing a thin film of the fluid on a disk; a first evaporating unit(50) performing a primary evaporation process by increasing the electric heating area between the fluid and heat; a compulsive thin film formed in between blades(52) and the inner circumference of the housing; and a pre-heating unit(60) for transferring the heat to the inside of the housing using a heater(61).
