PURPOSE: A composition containing plant glycoprotein extract is provided to prevent or treat wrinkle and inflammation and to improve moisturizing and skin regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating skin wrinkle contains 0.1-30 weight% of glycoprotein as an active ingredient, isolated from Bergenia cordifolia, Rhodiola rosea, Comarum palustre, Abies Sibirica, Betula pendula Buds, or Inonotus Obliquus. A method for extracting the glycoprotein comprises: a step of chopping the plants and mixing with organic acid solution of pH 2-3 to obtain an aqueous solution; a step of adding protease and treating at 30-50°C for 2-24 hours; a step of filtering glycoprotein solution and raising temperature to 85°C; a step of continuously heating for predetermined time for sterilization; and a step of centrifuging to remove foreign materials and drying.
