PURPOSE: A producing method of stir-fried rice cake using ham and sausage is provided to offer the flavor and the texture of the ham and the sausage to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of stir-fried rice cake using ham and sausage comprises the following steps: soaking rice with water, after washing; crushing the soaked rice with a crusher into rice powder(2); crushing the ham and the sausage using the crusher into ham and sausage particles(3); mixing the ham and sausage particles with the rice powder using a mixer; steaming the mixture at 100~120deg C for 10minutes; stirring the mixture using a stirrer; extruding the mixture using a rice cake extruder; cooling the extruded mixture with cooling water; and cutting the mixture into the size of 5~6cm. |
