PURPOSE: A door hinge assembly for a vehicle door is provided to improve the safety of assembling processes by adjusting the deviations of an assembly hole in a hinge bracket with respect to the bolt hole of a pillar. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge assembly for a vehicle door includes a calibration slot, a calibration board(41), and a calibration bolt(51). The calibration slot includes a screw hole(43) and a rack part(45) corresponding to the bolt holes(31) and the through slot(33) of a pillar. The calibration board is fixed to the inner side of the pillar. The calibration board is engaged with the rack part of the calibration slot and converts the torque of the calibration bolt with respect to the calibration board into vertical force.
