PURPOSE: A display device is provided to increase reliability by stopping the operation of an IC in a secondary side and a primary side. CONSTITUTION: In a display device, a first power supply unit(200) compensates the power factor of an AC power source. The first power supply unit outputs a primary power source. A transformer(210) drops down the primary power source of the first power supply unit. A second power supply unit(220) rectifies the output power of the transformer. The second power supply unit outputs secondary power. A feedback unit(230) senses the secondary power of the second power supply unit. The feedback unit feeds back a detected secondary power. A power control unit(240) controls the output power source of the transformer according to the state of the secondary power source.
