APPARATUS FOR DETECTING SHAFT DEFECT

PURPOSE: A device for measuring defect of a shaft is provided to reduce manufacture costs by detecting the vibration of a shaft by detecting magnetic flux change about the micro change of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring defect of a shaft comprises a support block(110), a supporting bar(120), a fixed block(130), and a vibration tactual sense module(200). The supporting bar is fixed to the upper of the support block. The fixed block is fastened in one side of the supporting bar to move the upward and downward. The vibration tactual sense module is fixed to the fixed block in vertical direction. The vibration tactual sense module comprises a first magnet part, a second magnet part, and a third magnet part. A supporting shelf is vertically arranged on the top of a first probe. A resonant-type acoustic emission sensor is loaded on the supporting shelf.
