MICRO-ELECTRODE ARRAY PACKAGE USING LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYMER

PURPOSE: A fine electrode array package using a liquid crystal polymer is provided to shorten manufacturing time by excluding a plasma etching process and an etching mask pattern forming process. CONSTITUTION: A substrate unit(10) is made of liquid crystal polymer. An electrode unit(30) collects a bio signal and transmits the collected bio signal. The electrode unit is arranged on one side of the substrate unit. A fine electrode includes a cover unit(20). The cover unit is made of liquid crystal polymer and protects the electrode unit. The cover unit is adhered to one side of the substrate unit in which the electrode unit is arranged. A space independent of the external environment is formed between the adhered cover unit and the substrate unit.
