PURPOSE: A DNA fragment for enhancing translation efficiency and a recombinant vector having the same are provided to improve translation efficiency of a target protein. CONSTITUTION: A DNA fragment for enhancing translation efficiency comprises base sequences of sequence numbers 1-6, 8-10, 13-14, or 16. The DNA fragment enhances translation of a target protein at downstream. A recombinant vector comprises a promoter, the DNA fragment, and a gene encoding the target protein. The recombinant vector further comprises a base sequence which enable targeting and retention of the target protein to endoplasmic reticulum(ER).
