HALOGEN FREE EPOXY RESIN, FLAME RETARDANT ADHESIVE AND ADHESIVE FILM USING THEME

PURPOSE: A halogen-free epoxy resin, and a flame retardant adhesive and adhesive film using the same are provided to ensure excellent adhesive property and bleed out resistance by adopting a fire retardant adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A halogen-free epoxy resin includes a phosphate-based flame retardant represented by chemical formula 1, wherein R is the formula 1-a, 1-b, and 1-c and n is an integer of 1-10. A method for preparing the halogen-free epoxy resin comprises a step of mixing 1-5 parts by weight of reaction catalysts and 3-300 parts by weight of phosphate-based flame retardants based on 100 parts by weight of epoxy base resin at 100-150 deg.C.
