PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a soil conditioner and a fertilizer is provided to automatically prepare the soil conditioner and fertilizer and package them through a series of process. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a soil conditioner and a fertilizer comprises a storage tank(1) for storing materials, a foreign material screening device(2), a metal detector(3), a crusher(4) for crushing the material through a Schrader type and roll mill type; a composite detector(5) for removing minute foreign materials; sterilizer(6) for automatically sterilizing the material; a water controller(7) for controlling the moisture content of the material through rotary centrifugation and screw transfer methods; a grinder(8); a raw material storing tank(9); a stirrer(11) for manufacturing the soil conditioner and fertilizer from raw materials and additives; a molding machine(12); and first and second dryers(13,14). |
