PURPOSE: A safety promotion display device is provided to increase visibility by allow a driver to recognize the speed of a vehicle through the surface of the road. CONSTITUTION: In a safety promotion display device, a vehicle speed detection unit detects the speed of a vehicle. A main display unit(110) shows display information which includes speed limit information. The carriage way marking part(150) selectively indicates gesture and the micro gesture frowned. A road surface unit selectively displays a scowl face or a smile face. A controller controls the road surface unit.
