FERTILIZER COMPOSITION FOR GREEN TEA, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fertilizer composition for cultivating green tea is provided to improve the quality and functionality of green tea by increasing the content of amino acid and theanine and to enable the manufacture of an environment-friendly fertilizer by utilizing microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A fertilizer composition for cultivating green tea comprises anaerobically fermented products containing one or more selected from Ulva pertusa Kjellman, rape, and green tea. The composition increases the total content of amino acids and the theanine content within green tea. A method for preparing the fertilizer composition for cultivating green tea comprises the steps of: providing at least one selected from Ulva pertusa Kjellman, rape, and green tea; and anaerobically fermenting the selected raw materials.
