PURPOSE: A mat for vehicle trunk and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maintain the superior strength by being formed into a honey-comb shape and a grid shape in order to reinforce the strength. CONSTITUTION: An outer layer(100) contains non-woven fabric. One or more are selected from a group including a glass board, a glass fiber tape, and carbon fiber as a reinforcing layer(200). One or more are selected from a group including polyurethane, recycled polyurethane, recycled polyurethane foam, and recycled felt as a sound absorbing layer(300). The non-woven fabric and wood stock is selected as a lower layer(400). The lower side of a mat is formed into a strength reinforcing structure.
