PURPOSE: A data driver and an organic light emitting display having the same are provided to improve the slew rate of an output buffer by connecting the output terminal of an output buffer to a middle power. CONSTITUTION: In a data driver and an organic light emitting display having the same, an amplifier(350) comprises an output buffer. Each output buffer corresponds to each data line. The output buffer outputs a data signal to the data line. A switch(360) is included between the output terminal of the each output buffer and each data line. The switch is comprised of a first switch(362) and a second switch(364). A first switch is connected between the output terminal of each output buffer and a middle power . A second switch is connected between the output terminal of the each output buffer and each data line.
