PURPOSE: A ubiquitous personal training assistant robot is provided to supply an individualized training program for a user by detecting the change of physical and health information of a user. CONSTITUTION: A ubiquitous personal training assistant robot comprises a driving part(11), a sensor part(12), a measuring part(13), display(14), storage(15), and network interface(16). The driving part offers moving ability by using a starter and a motor. The sensor part confirms the identity of a user. The measuring part measures the physical and health information of a user. The network interface transmits the physical and health information to a server. The network interface receives the customized training program data from the server. |
