PURPOSE: An advertisement providing system per user through broadcasting in a local area and a method thereof are provided to be supplied by only a necessary advertisement in a user position by only being provided with advertisement necessary for a terminal user. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal device(300) stores user profile information by forming the information and transmits the user profile information and the terminal information. A wireless transmission device(200) receives the user profile information and the terminal information. An advertisement service server(100) analyzes an advertisement receiving feature of a user based on the user profile information transmitted from the wireless transmission device. The advertisement service server transmits the advertisement to a user terminal by extracting an advertisement corresponding to the advertisement receiving feature.
