PURPOSE: A tablet for oral administration containing seed extract of Vitis vinifera is provided to maintain physical and chemical stability and to enhance drug compliance. CONSTITUTION: A tablet for oral administration containing seed extract of Vitis vinifera contains: a core containing the seed extract of Vitis vinifera; an enteric coating layer on the core; and a protection coating layer formed on the enteric coating layer. The protection coating layer contains: a copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate; a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and xanthan gum; or a copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate.
