PURPOSE: A camera module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the failure of a pad and to fix the center of a first substrate and the center of a second substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electrode pads is formed in a lower part of a substrate. An electrode pad, which is formed in an upper part of the substrate, is attached to an electrode pad which is formed in a lower part of a first substrate. A junction unit(24) is installed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The junction unit welds the center part of the first substrate.
