PURPOSE: A system and a method thereof which prevents overload of an account server according to sending off a multi media message are provided to prevent mobile communication business owner from losing finance by smoothly performing account process according to a message service supply. CONSTITUTION: An account service performs account processing according to a receiving check of a multimedia message. The account server transmits an overload warning signal due to an account processing. A message sending off server(200) receives a sending request of a multimedia message and send off a multimedia message to a plurality of the same receiving communication terminal. The message sending server controls a sending speed of a multimedia message according to the overload warning signal.
