CONSTITUTION: A food container including an eating tool comprises the following: a receiving groove(124) formed on a sealing unit of a cover(120) or a container body, facing the inner or outer direction; the eating tool inserted into the receiving groove; a sloped circumference unit for guiding the insertion of the eating tool; a ring shaped jaw(125a) for forming a holding unit for the eating tool; an eating tool storing unit extended from the ring shaped jaw; and a concave-convex unit for inducing the shape change(126a) for inducing the deformation the ring shaped jaw.
