PURPOSE: A piston pump of a brake system for a vehicle is provided to improve assemblability by automatically and securely integrating the centers of an orifice and an outlet valve. CONSTITUTION: A piston pump of a brake system for a vehicle comprises a sleeve(1), an orifice body(3), an outlet ball(5), and an elastic member(7). The sleeve has an outlet for discharging oil pressed by a piston. The orifice body is inserted into the outer side of the sleeve. The outlet ball is installed between the orifice body and the sleeve and opens and closes the outlet of the sleeve. The elastic member is installed between the orifice body and the outlet ball and elastically supports the outlet ball toward the outlet.
