PURPOSE: A plastic-bag sealing apparatus is provided to enable a sealing work to be quickly performed by accurately positioning a plastic bag. CONSTITUTION: A plastic-bag sealing apparatus comprises a transfer unit, a sealing unit(140) and a cooling unit(150). The transfer unit makes a plastic bag, which is supplied in a state an opening is open, lie and transfers it. The transfer unit comprises a transfer member(111) and a fixing unit(120). The transfer member moves on an endless track between a plastic-bag supply unit and a plastic-bag discharge unit. The fixing unit takes the plastic bag from the plastic-bag supply unit and releases it on the plastic-bag discharge unit. The sealing unit thermal-presses and seals the opening of the plastic bag, which is transferred by the transfer unit. The cooling unit is installed behind the sealing unit, pressurizes and cools the thermal-pressed opening.
