PURPOSE: A low NOx and high efficiency burner nozzle for liquid fuel and a combustion device using the same are provided to reduce the length of flames by widely spraying atomized fuel into a combustion chamber through the tapered pipe. CONSTITUTION: A low NOx and high efficiency burner nozzle for liquid fuel comprises a nozzle body(1) and a fuel supply pipe(3). The nozzle body comprises a venturi pipe part(12) which is consecutively formed in the downstream side of a steam passage(11), a fuel inlet part(13) which mixes fuel into steam, a swirling part(14) having a plurality of swirling grooves which are inclined at a specified angle to the axial direction of the nozzle in order to induce a vortex in the fuel, and a fuel mixing part(15) in which the swirling fuel continuously bumps against the walls to be split into small droplets, mixed with steam, and atomized into mist. The fuel supply pipe is connected to the neck of the venturi pipe part or the hole of the fuel inlet part.
