PURPOSE: A fruit washing and sterilizing apparatus using micro-bubbles is provided to improve the detergency and the sterilizing capability of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A fruit washing and sterilizing apparatus(100) using micro-bubbles comprises the following: a washing tank(114) for storing washing liquid; a washing liquid storing unit for supplying the washing liquid to the washing tank; and a micro-bubble generating unit supplying the micro-bubbles to the washing tank by being installed on one side of the washing tank. The micro-bubble generating unit includes a washing liquid supplying pump(136), an air injector, and a micro-bubble generator(140).
