PURPOSE: A construction structure of a road block and a construction method of a road block are provided to improve durability and improve driving and walking safety by preventing damage to road and separation of blocks. CONSTITUTION: A construction structure of a road block comprises a ground(30), a boundary stone(14), a foundation layer(20), and a block(10). The boundary stone is fixed on the ground by a fixing pile(16). The foundation layer has a draining function, since sand and gravel are spread on the ground. The blocks are laminated on the upper end of the foundation layer and are connected to each other by a connection pin(12).
