PURPOSE: A carbon heating shaft using a carbon heating element and a carbon boiler in which the carbon heating shaft is built-in are provided to reduce the heating time of hot oil by directly contacting a carbon heater with hot oil. CONSTITUTION: A carbon heating shaft using a carbon heating element comprises a handle(62), a bobbin(63), and an insulating layer. The handle is formed on one side of a cap(61). The bobbin is combined in the other end of the cap. The bobbin is formed in the form of a steel or nonferrous metal circular pipe. The insulating layer is formed on the surface of the bobbin. The insulating layer is coated with ceramics or resin material. The carbon heater is wound around the insulating layer. |
