PURPOSE: A handy pump is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by the integration of a rod member and a piston. CONSTITUTION: A handy pump comprises a housing(110), a cover(120), a rod member(130), and a rubber ring(140). An assembling hole(111) is formed on the upper part of the housing and a suction hole on the lower part thereof. A joint(113), covering a part of the assembling hole is integrated with the upper part of the housing. The cover is arranged in the assembling hole and is coupled with the joint. The rod member is arranged inside the housing and passes through a through-hole formed by the joint and the cover to move vertically. A handle unit(131) is formed on the upper part of the rod member. A piston unit(132) is integrated with the lower part of the rod member.
