PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a functional whitening facial lotion is provided to ensure skin whitening effect without side effects and to remove wrinkle and acne. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a functional whitening facial lotion comprises: a step of heating 1-3g of seaweed, 7-9g of phellinus yucatensis, 4-6g of jujube, 7-9g of red ginseng, 4-6g of glycyrrhizae radix, 1-3g of Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, 1-3g of green tea leaves, 4-6L of purified water, 400-600g of alcohol, 200-400g of ginkgo, 100-300g of orange, and 200-400g of Angelicae gigantis Radix and oiling in 2.5-3.5L; a step of filtering to prepare a first lotion; a step of storing 500-700g of apple, 40-60ml of alcohol, 400-600g of cucumber, 400-600g of watermelon pericarp, 1-5g of vinegar, 200-400ml of soju, 0.5-1.5L of purified water, and 1-10g of sugar at 0-5°C for 3-5 days; a step of filtering and maturing for 14 days to a year to obtain a second lotion; a step of mixing the first lotion and second lotion in a weight ratio of 1:10-20; and a step of storing the mixture at 0~5°C.
