PURPOSE: A lighting device, an indoor lighting control method, and a remote control lighting system are provided to remove an additional illumination control system by controlling the illumination of the lighting device through visible ray communication. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(110) obtains flicker time information of an adjacent lighting device. A signal processing unit(120) produces illumination control information from the flicker time information of the adjacent lighting device. The signal processing unit outputs a flicker control signal according to the flicker time information and an illumination control signal according to the illumination control information. An LED device controller(130) controls the brightness and flicker of the LED device emitting unit according to the illumination control signal and the flicker control signal. An LED device emitting unit(140) is comprised of an LED device array.
