PURPOSE: A method for producing a transparent plastic for protecting a solar cell with a hemisphere moth-eye pattern of a nano size on the surface by heating and compressing a transparent plastic panel on the surface of an anodized aluminum, a transparent plastic for protecting a solar cell made by the same, and a solar cell pattern with the transparent plastic for protecting the solar cell are provided to generate power by converging weak sunlight through a transparent plastic protection layer with a hemisphere moth-eye pattern of a nano size on a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A general anodized aluminum oxide template with an anodize oxide film with a plurality of pores with nano sizes is formed on an aluminum substrate. A protrusion is formed on the lower side of a transparent plastic panel by heating and compressing a transparent thermosetting plastic panel on the upper side of the anodized aluminum oxide template. The transparent plastic panel with the protrusion is separated from the upper side of the anodized aluminum oxide template.
