PURPOSE: A coating solution is provided to form a transparent oxide layer electrode which can be directly patterned by UV radiation without a photoresist and has high electric conductivity and transparency. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive coating solution for forming a transparent conductive oxide thin film comprises a metal precursor, a stabilizer, a photo-sensitizer, and a solvent, wherein the metal precursor is selected from zinc, tin, indium, and titanium. A method for preparing the transparent conductive coating solution comprises the steps of: dissolving the metal precursor, stabilizer, and photo-sensitizer in a solvent; and stirring a solution in which the metal precursor, stabilizer, and photo-sensitizer are dissolved. |
