PURPOSE: A washing machine controlling apparatus is provided to easily select the most suitable washing option by the material of laundry. CONSTITUTION: A user selects a driving course among a plurality of drive courses(S10). The user selects the washing time management option(S20). A control unit senses the laundry volume(S30). According to the selected course, the control unit performs washing in order to vary a flow motion of the laundry(S100). The control unit performs rinsing of laundry(S200). The controller performs dehydrating for the laundry(S300).
