PURPOSE: A device for automatically cutting a roll tape is provided to automatically control the number of the cut tapes, which are attached to a disc, according to the change of the rotating distance of the disc. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically cutting a roll tape comprises an outer case(10) and a cutter(20). A printed circuit board(18) is installed in the outer case. The printed circuit board comprises MICOM for controlling the whole operation of the roll tape cutting device. An auto sensor(16) is installed on the outer upper circumferential surface of the outer case. The location of the auto sensor is varied by a user. As the auto sensor senses the cut roll tape, it limits the rotating distance of a disc(41) and temporarily stops the operations of the disc and the cutter.
