PURPOSE: An inspection sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the reliability of the overall inspection by contacting a terminal of the target substrate and a conducting part. CONSTITUTION: A conductive part(20) is arranged on a position corresponding to the terminal of the target substrate. The conductive part comprises a plurality of conductive particles(21) within the resilient material. A insulative supporting part(30) is arranged on the part except for the terminal of the target substrate. The insulative supporting part supports and insulates the conductive part. |
