PURPOSE: A horizontal gas heat treatment apparatus is provided to effectively prevent deformation in the heat treatment of long objects, since a heat treatment space is horizontally formed. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal gas heat treatment apparatus comprises a port(30), an intake pipe(44), an inlet pipe(48), and a blower(40). A heat treatment space is horizontally formed on the port. The heat treatment space is opened and closed by a door. The intake pipe connects to the heat treatment space on the side of a port inlet. The intake pipe is extended downward. The inlet pipe connects to a heat treatment space. The blower is installed between the intake pipe and the inlet pipe. The blower absorbs gas through the intake pipe from the port inlet. |
