PURPOSE: A back-light light guide plate, a manufacturing device and an operating method thereof are provided to extend a lifetime of a grinding work tool which is comprised of a natural diamond, lower a manufacturing cost, reduce the number of optical resources by widening a incident angle of light, reduce the total manufacturing time by mirror-like finishing a short side and rough grinding a long side, and emitting a large amount of light in a edge type light guiding plate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light guiding plate is cut into the same size and a shape by a control signal of a control unit. The plate includes an arrangement unit(220), a grinding unit(230,240), a pattern manufacturing unit(250), and a discharging unit(270). The arrangement unit moves by an operating force of an operating unit which rotates a plurality of light guiding plate in unit angle left and right. The grinding unit grinds the plate to enable a side of the plate can transmit and reflects the light. The pattern manufacturing unit manufactures scattering pattern in a short side of the light guiding plate as a scraper(256). The discharging unit cancels and discharges a clamping state of the light guiding plate which is clamped in the arrangement unit. Through the composition, the device lowers a manufacturing cost, increases productivity by reducing manufacturing time and failure occurrence rate, improve luminance and clearance of a signal, and bring the effect which expands a valid surface. |
