PURPOSE: Solar cells using an anodic aluminum oxide and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the reflectivity of incident light using porous alumina as low reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: An element layer(55) is formed on a substrate(10). The element layer includes a lower part electrode(30), a photoelectric cell layer(40) and an upper part electrode(50). A lower part-low reflection layer(20) is formed between the substrate and the element layer with porous alumina. An upper part-low reflection layer(60) is formed on the element layer with the porous alumina. A photovoltaic layer is formed into a conductivity polymer layer(42) including a nano particle. An upper electrode in a pattern type is formed on the photovoltaic layer. |
